These terms apply when you use our websites (tongkatfitness.com, tongkatfitness.uk, tongkatfitness.us and tongkatfitness.eu) and when you buy products from us. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products
- Food supplements: our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Not medical advice: information on our websites is for general information only. Speak to a doctor or healthcare professional before taking any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.
- Adults only: our products are for adults aged 18 and over.
- Use as directed: always follow the directions and warnings on the label and don't exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Product images: packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
For customers in the United States: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Placing an order
- When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. This isn't acceptance of your order yet.
- Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.
- We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency for your region. UK and EU prices include VAT. US prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We take payment when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
- If we find a price error, we'll contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the correct price, or cancel and refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. For orders delivered outside the UK, US and EU, you're responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel your order and return unopened, factory-sealed items within 14 days of receiving them. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund, as set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Our liability
- We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
- We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, for business losses, or for any results from using our products differently from the label directions.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit it.
- We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or supply problems. If this happens, we'll let you know and do what we can to limit the delay.
Using our websites
- All content on our websites, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
- You must not misuse our websites, for example by attempting to hack them, introducing malicious code or scraping content.
- We try to keep our websites accurate and available, but can't guarantee they'll always be error-free or uninterrupted.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
