Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, with international delivery to most other countries.
Orders are sent from our fulfilment centres in the UK, US and EU, so most customers receive a domestic delivery.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times below are counted from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.

- Yodel tracked: 2–4 working days, £3.60
United States
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 working days, $10.61
European Union
- Tracked courier: 4–6 working days, €11.00
Rest of the world
- Royal Mail International Tracked: 10–14 working days, $15.50
- DHL Express: 2–6 working days, $41.65

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also find it at any time in your account, under the relevant order.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United Kingdom, United States and European Union: orders are sent from a fulfilment centre in the same region, so there are no import duties or customs charges. UK and EU prices include VAT.
- Rest of the world: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in our prices or delivery costs, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Delivery problems
- Late orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery time, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged items: if your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and product.
- Wrong addresses: check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
