This policy explains how Tongkat Fitness uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites (tongkatfitness.com, tongkatfitness.uk, tongkatfitness.us and tongkatfitness.eu), and how you can control them. For how we handle your personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's session storage, work in much the same way, and this policy covers them too.
These keep our websites working, so they're always on and don't need your consent.
_spree_cart_token: remembers what's in your basket (30 days).
_spree_jwt: keeps you signed in to your account (7 days).
_spree_refresh_token: keeps you signed in between visits (30 days).
spree_country and spree_locale: remember your country and language, so we show the right prices, currency and delivery options (1 year).
tkf_geo: remembers the country we worked out from your IP address, so we know whether to ask for your cookie consent and which of our stores to suggest (1 day).
tkf_consent: remembers what you chose in our cookie banner (6 months).
tkf_store_prompt: remembers that you closed our suggestion to switch to your local store (30 days).
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our websites, such as which pages are visited and how people find us. We only use these if you allow Analytics cookies.
_ga: tells visitors apart (2 years).
_ga_ followed by an ID: keeps track of your visit (2 years).
Google Ads helps us measure which of our adverts lead to purchases and show you relevant adverts. We only use these if you allow Marketing cookies.
_gcl_au: measures which of our adverts lead to purchases (90 days).
_gcl_aw: set when you arrive from one of our Google adverts, to link your purchase to that advert (90 days).
Google may also use its own cookies, set on Google's websites, for the same purposes. You can read how Google uses them at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
If you're in the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, we only set analytics and marketing cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner. Elsewhere, they're on unless you turn them off.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you turn analytics or marketing cookies off, we delete the ones we've already set on our websites.
When you check out, our payment provider PayPal may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. You can read how PayPal uses them in PayPal's cookie statement.
We record site errors and page loading speeds so we can keep our websites working well. This uses your browser's session storage, not cookies, is cleared when you close the tab, and doesn't identify you.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of our websites, like your basket and account, won't work.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new service. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
If you have any questions about how we use cookies, email [email protected].
