We are committed to getting your supplements to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All U.S. orders are fulfilled from our domestic warehouse to ensure you bypass international customs and long wait times.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two flat-rate shipping tiers via the United States Postal Service (USPS):
- USPS Ground Advantage | $5.00 | 2–5 Business Days
- USPS Priority Mail | $10.00 | 1–3 Business Days
Order Processing
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to USPS within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Pre-Orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will be held until all items are in stock unless otherwise specified.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office first, as they can often provide GPS coordinates of the drop-off.
